Far East Consortium

Far East Consortium

Founded in 1960, FEC is one of Asia’s largest property developers and is a public company registered on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

Since commencing operations in Australia in 1994, FEC has contributed significantly to the Melbourne skyline having developed more than 12 landmark properties.

These include our flagship Australian project Royal Domain Towers on St Kilda Road, iconic Northbank inner-city apartments on Flinders Street, and Flinders Wharf Apartments.

Our ability to identify the right development for the location is evident with the last two projects (Northbank and Jarrah Estate) being 100% sold before construction commenced.

FEC’s small and innovative team takes a hands-on approach to every project. Many of our projects are undertaken in a Joint Venture agreement with the existing property owner.
